SEDIMENT SHAKER

Specially designed for determination of sedimentation value of flour samples in order to measure protein quantity and quality based on swelling of protein globules as well as agglomeration of present starch into protein globules in a lactic acid medium. A wooden carrier / rack to hold 5 samples in glass cylinders are driven through a Heavy Duty DC Driven Motor.
